Type 2 diabetes is reversible. Not in every case, and not without effort - but for the vast majority of people who address it decisively, it can be ended. Not managed for life. Ended.
This program is for you if you've recently been diagnosed and you're not willing to accept "chronic and progressive" as your outcome.
Or maybe you've been living with T2D for years, the medication doses keep increasing, and you've decided that gradual decline is not something you're prepared to accept.
This program is not for those seeking gentle tweaks. It's for capable adults ready to take decisive action.
In September 2016, my fasting blood glucose was 365 mg/dL (20.3 mmol/L). My HbA1c was 11.5. My doctor prescribed Metformin and told me, kindly but clearly, that I'd be managing this condition for the rest of my life.

I also lost 20 kilograms; my fatty liver — which had been present for over a decade — resolved completely; and I came off all medication. That was almost a decade ago. No recurrence. No medication. Nothing.
"I don't know how you did it, but you've cured your diabetes. It's the first time I've seen anyone do that."
My story is featured in the documentary Fat Fiction, available on Amazon Prime and YouTube. Since reversing my diabetes, I completed a Diploma of Nutritional Therapy — because I wanted to understand the biochemistry behind what I'd done, and to be properly equipped to help others do the same.
I am not a medical doctor. I don't prescribe medication, and I don't advise you to stop taking yours. I show you how to make it unnecessary. Your GP confirms that through your blood work.
There are plenty of diabetes courses online. Watch the videos, follow the plan, and good luck.
This isn't that.
CT2 is a direct, personal working relationship. Weekly 1:1 sessions. Real-time adjustment based on your biomarkers. Direct access when something needs attention. The difference between a course and this program is the difference between reading about how to swim and having someone in the water with you.
The primary lever. A targeted approach that lowers insulin demand and allows your cells to recover their sensitivity. This is where the most immediate results appear.
Short, high-intensity resistance work that forces your muscles to become insulin sensitive. Thirty minutes, three times a week.
Sleep deprivation directly increases insulin resistance. If your sleep is poor, it is undermining everything else. We fix it methodically.
Chronic stress elevates cortisol, raises blood glucose, and sabotages your dietary efforts in ways most people never connect to their metabolic health.
22 pages that explain what T2D actually is, why the standard treatment doesn't fix it, and what does. Written in plain English, grounded in science. No opt-in tricks - just your email address so I can send it to you.
No sales call required. The offer document explains exactly what's included, what it costs, and what graduation looks like. Read it and make up your own mind.
